Mandatory IT Support Engineer Intern
- Manage the complete employee IT lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes preparing and configuring hardware, setting up accounts, and ensuring a seamless technical transition for new and departing team members.
- Assist in configuring and supporting employee devices (Mac, Windows, Linux) using Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Help manage and configure software systems, including Google Workspace and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
- Serve as a point of contact for internal IT support requests, helping to troubleshoot technical issues for our team.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of company hardware and software assets.
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of IT-related documentation and support guides.
- Collaborate with the IT team on projects to improve our internal processes and security protocols.
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- You have a strong interest in technical support, device management, and software configuration.
- You are a reliable, self-motivated, and quick learner with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; German is a plus.
- You are curious and proactive, with a hands-on mentality and a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of a shell scripting language (e.g., Bash, Powershell, Python) or familiarity with Google Workspace and Atlassian is a plus.
