Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern (m/f/d) to join our Content & Insights Marketing team for a period of 6 months with a focus on webinars, starting as soon as possible. As an intern in this role, you will assist in organizing, hosting, and conducting webinars. You will support the preparation of content and provide care for speakers to ensure the smooth execution of each session.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist in the organization and hosting of webinars

Support in the execution and management of webinar sessions

Provide timely and organized support for speaker care and management

Contribute to the content preparation for webinars

Qualifications

Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Asana and a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts are a plus

Experienced in time management and scheduling, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business Administration); prior experience in a similar or administrative role is a plus

Proactive and motivated mindset, with a strong willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
