PPR Ventures - Business Development & Sales Intern/Working Student (ft/pt)

Position Summary:
As an Intern/Working Student in Business Development & Sales, you will work closely with senior leadership on a Family Office level to support high-impact strategic projects (HoldCo or PortCo level), including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, building out our partnership & key client network, lead generation and key growth initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, partners, markets, and new business opportunities.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a pipeline of prospects through market research and outbound outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls, events).
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials for client meetings.
- Participate in client meetings/calls and provide follow-up support as needed.
- Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems, ensuring that all relevant data is recorded accurately.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and sales events.
- Prepare periodic sales and business development reports.
- Attend company and networking events to represent the business.
- Bachelors or Masters student in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with corporate finance and M&A principles (prior coursework or internships a plus)
- Independent, structured thinker with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are a bonus
- Full time (interns) or part time (working students)
- Min 3 months, ideally 6 months (for interns), all year long (for working students)
- Exposure to international business environment, tech startups founders and a dynamic growth company
- Direct interaction with senior executives and decision-makers
