Aufgaben Reporting directly to our Chief of Staff and Founder’s Associate – and working closely with the founders – you’ll be the versatile generalist we need. Drive cross-functional value creation in fundraising, M&A, venture/business development, data analytics, finance, sales & ops . This position requires a fast learner who is smart, hungry, and humble. Experienced in fast‑paced environments (hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes. An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities. A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity. Passionate about entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn and grow. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's (min. 4th semester) or master’s programme (business-related field is a plus) from a top-tier university. Fully fluent in German is a must.
