JOIN OUR TEAM

As Intern Pricing & Retail Performance, you will be part of Westwing’s international Commercial team and support in shaping and executing our pricing strategy across European markets. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making, competitive benchmarking, and margin optimisation within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• support daily pricing operations and the execution of country-specific pricing strategies
• conduct competitive price and discount analyses across European markets
• assist in building and monitoring KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities
• contribute to strategic pricing projects, such as new pricing rules, discount strategy reviews, competitor monitoring, or shipping fee benchmarking
• prepare analyses and reports for Commercial leads and top management to support decision-making

YOU COME WITH

• ongoing or completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data/Business Analytics, or related fields
• strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable working with data (proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools is a plus)
• solid business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn, with high attention to detail and a structured way of working in a fast-paced environment
• fluency in English (German is a plus)
