Intro Clera is a fast-growing AI start-up that is rethinking the way how top talents find their next dream jobs . We believe that the recruiting process needs to be talent-first to make it easy to get in touch with those companies, be coached in the journey and actually get hired. By automating and optimizing processes within the $600B global headhunting industry, we aim to dramatically enhance outcomes for both candidates and companies. This is a massive opportunity. Tasks We’re experiencing rapid growth, with hundreds of exceptional candidates approaching us daily. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring these candidates enjoy an exceptional journey, connecting them to career-defining opportunities at some of the most elite startups globally. This is a mission-critical role. As a Founder Associate Intern, you’ll directly impact our mission to make Clera the go-to platform for both ambitious talent seeking remarkable opportunities and leading companies hiring exceptional candidates. We’re looking for ambitious, driven overachievers ready to take ownership, drive initiatives, and shape the future of talent acquisition. Requirements Experience in fast-paced environments - consulting, start-up or similar Strong motivation to push our startup forward Great in operations and understanding of how to improve processes Closing Intensely non-remote & hardcore Current set-up: Hacker-Houses in LatAm (currently Brazil), possibly soon: SF Live & build with small founding team—think YC sprint, but sunny & adventures Zero commute, 10× feedback loops & team bonding Our international team flew in from Germany, Canada, Sweden Working on the largest talent market - the US - on the same time zone It’s very intense but also extremely productive & fun when team lives and works from the same AirBnb If you’re someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, likes owning complex workflows, and is motivated by real outcomes - we would love to hear from you!
