Your tasks

• You make sure our recruiting team runs at full speed by handling the daily admin work with ease and keeping our applicant management smooth and efficient
• You take charge of scheduling interviews welcome candidates with a friendly tone and join in the exciting conversations where we match great people with great opportunities
• You bring job ads to life with creative wording post them in just the right places and explore new job boards to reach the best talent out there
• You turn onboarding into a real welcome experience making sure new team members feel at home from day one and smoothly find their place in our culture
• You help keep our HR records in top shape ensuring that everything behind the scenes is organized and up to date

Your skills

• You hold a bachelor or master degree ideally with a focus on human resources and already bring some knowledge that helps you get started in this field
• You have had your first touchpoints in recruiting or people and culture or you are driven to dive in and grow quickly while discovering fresh approaches along the way
• You are a natural organizer who loves to bring structure and order yet you also add creativity and passion to everything you do and work independently with reliability
• You are communicative enjoy working with people and feel confident expressing yourself fluently in both German and English
• You stay curious about new HR trends and are motivated to bring in your own ideas to make our recruiting strategies better every day

Co-founded by Lara Daniel and Christoph Kastenholz in 2014, Pulse Advertising was born with a vision to make advertising meaningful. What we do? We enable brands to win and retain customers on social media, and do all that works for that: influencer marketing, paid social advertising and social media management. By today, we have grown to offices across several countries, and a team of 100+ people, all pursuing that 1 vision. We are thought leaders in our space, and believe in sharing that journey with other people who are ambitious and think big!
