About the Opportunity

At HOPn UG, we’re building innovative digital products like Invoice AI and launching several exciting tech and startup initiatives. We’re offering a flexible, unpaid remote internship program for highly motivated students, recent graduates, and career switchers who want to gain hands-on experience and work on real-world projects.

This is a general internship listing covering several disciplines. You can choose the area that best fits your background, interests, and future goals.

Internship Tracks (Select Your Focus Area)

Full-Stack & Software Development

Work with technologies such as JavaScript, React, Flutter, PHP, Python, or .NET

• Contribute to both frontend and backend development
• Support integrations, testing, and deployment processes
• Optional: Work with AI libraries and APIs

UI/UX & Visual Design

Create wireframes, mockups, and design systems using tools like Figma or Adobe XD

• Collaborate with developers and marketing teams
• Conduct user experience research and assist in interface improvements

Graphic & Video Design

Design marketing visuals, social media content, and presentation assets

• Produce short-form videos, reels, or motion graphics
• Support visual storytelling and brand consistency

Creative Marketing & Social Media

Assist in managing content across digital platforms

• Develop branded assets and write copy for campaigns
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Help build and grow our online presence

AI Engineering & Research

Train and test machine learning models using Python and related libraries

• Document experiments and contribute to AI-powered features
• Write technical briefs or research-based content
• Explore NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics use cases

Data Analytics / Business / Systems Analysis

Collect, analyze, and visualize data

• Document requirements, processes, or workflows
• Support in decision-making, product validation, or strategic planning
• Use tools such as Excel, SQL, or Notion depending on your role

Requirements

Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field (tech, design, marketing, business, etc.)

• Motivated to learn and contribute in a remote, international setting
• Familiarity with tools, platforms, or technologies related to your focus area
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• English fluency at C1 level or higher
