Become an experienced part of the team: As an intern, you'll become a valuable member of our Tech Venture Development Team and gain practical experience. Contribute to significant projects: Work alongside the Senior Leadership and Tech Lead on exciting projects and gain insights into the company's technological development. Develop and implement automation solutions in CRM systems (, Salesforce). Utilize low-code platforms to create efficient workflows and automations. Analyze and optimize existing business processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Collaborate with different departments to identify automation opportunities and implement appropriate solutions. Maintain and update existing automations and processes to ensure their effectiveness and reliability. Train and support employees in using new automated processes and systems. Document the developed solutions and processes.

Qualifications

You are successfully studying your chosen field, preferably in a discipline at the intersection of Business Administration and Computer Science, or similar. Practical experience from internships, projects, or self-initiated efforts in the areas of tech, CRM management, process optimization, or similar fields is advantageous. Your analytical skills are characterized by a strong affinity for data and technology. Proactivity and a solution-oriented mindset are essential aspects of your work style, and you possess a balanced approach between conceptual/strategic thinking and execution-focused actions. You have basic knowledge of Python and, ideally, experience with tools like Miro, Airtable, Make or Zapier. Your strong communication skills enable effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You have high-quality standards for your work and bring a "Can-Do" mentality that motivates both you and others.
