As Intern Sustainability you will be a part of the core function of Westwing that drives the realisation of sustainable products for our customers with a constant focus on social and environmental compliance. This position is limited to 6 months and based in Munich. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• support the migration of sustainability KPI process documentation into a knowledge management platform, i.e., Confluence
• assist with data checks and reviews for the annual sustainability reporting cycle
• contribute to sustainability communications (e.g. Sustainability Statement proofreading, workplace posts, report launch quiz, website insight stories)
• provide operational support on supply chain compliance and EPR registration preparation, including supplier follow-ups and task organisation in Asana
• gain exposure to additional sustainability projects depending on background and interests

YOU COME WITH

• educational background in sustainability, environmental studies, human rights, or business administration
• consulting experience, or a strong ability to structure work, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualisation tools, such a Power BI, is an advantage
• ability to learn quickly and work independently, with experience in project/task management tools (Asana) and knowledge management systems (e.g., Confluence)
• strong communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage for translation and proofreading
