What will I be doing

We are looking for a precise and analytically minded student to join our team as a Technical Writer. If you have strong writing skills and an interest in technology – whether your academic background is more technical (e.g., computer science, engineering) or communication-focused (e.g., linguistics, communications) – you are a perfect fit for us. We are a mixed team of software developers, product owners, and business analysts. Our focus is on a cloud-native banking software product for managing asset-based lending business. Our team is located in Germany, Serbia, and India. You will have the flexibility to work from any of our offices in Germany, in Berlin, Munich, or Walldorf, or choose a home-office setup or a combination of the two based on your preferences.

Responsibilities

• Create well-structured, concise, and accurate written materials for internal and external product documentation
• Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and overall quality
• Research and define business and technical terminology
• Work closely with team members to understand project goals and user need

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled as a student in a degree program such as Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English, German language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to grasp technical concepts and apply logical reasoning.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and completeness.
• Familiarity with software development and knowledge of financial services industry are considered an asset.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
