Tekkr’s mission is to empower tech teams and their leaders to achieve their full potential! Join Tekkr and become a positive multiplier for techies across the globe! As Growth Intern at Tekkr, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping Tekkr’s growth strategy. You’ll work directly with our founding team to refine our positioning, craft content that resonates with startup leaders, and run experiments to find repeatable go-to-market motions. We learn super-fast, iterate very quickly and need your help to experiment our way to a repeatable GTM strategy. Join us early and be part of shaping how Tekkr grows. Tasks Shape Tekkr’s early GTM strategy, from positioning to outreach Craft high-quality content: case studies, founder posts, videos, and white papers Drive personalized outreach to top-tier startup founders and VCs Build credibility by amplifying success stories with our early customers Track and analyze campaign performance to inform future GTM decisions Requirements Bachelor or Master degree in business (or related degree) - Please submit your grades with your application Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical and experimental mindset – comfort with data and iteration Previous experience at early-stage startups, VCs, or high-growth environments Entrepreneurial spirit: self-starter, creative problem solver, thrives in ambiguity Based in Berlin or willing to relocate (we’re building a local team first) Full professional proficiency in English, German is a strong plus European work permit required Benefits High impact, steep learning curve: work side-by-side with experienced startup leaders Exposure to top-tier VC networks, including Sequoia, Accel, Northzone, and Earlybird Be part of a small, elite team, shaping Tekkr’s growth and culture from the ground up Closing Hiring Process: Screening call (30min) Case study presentation (1h) Meet the team in person in Berlin (2h)
