WELCOME TO BASF

In the Coatings Division, we are focused on the development, production and marketing of a variety of coating solutions - from applied surface technologies to automotive paints. Working in global teams, we promote innovation, design and new applications in order to meet our partners' needs. This portfolio is complemented by "Beyond Paint Solutions", which enables new applications with innovative surfaces.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Starting in July, we offer you the opportunity to get to know our Global Talent, Skill & Leadership Development unit for 3 to 6 months and to participate in exciting international topics in the field of personnel development.

What is the best way to develop talents? In our team, you learn about different aspects of talent management and gain insights into HR-specific areas such as recruitment, employee development, and training on a global level.

As an intern, you support the People & Culture team in the conceptual development of mentioned topics.

Furthermore, you are actively involved in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of all processes related to our global development programs and cultural initiatives, such as assessment centers or leadership development.

You already have innovative ideas and want to bring them into practice? Then we define (sub-)projects together with you, where you can take on responsibility.

WHAT YOU OFFER

You do not bring everything? We do not mind! We are looking for personalities who can convince us.

master's student in (business-) psychology, economics, or business administration, ideally with a focus on personnel and organization, HR management, or HR analytics

first practical experiences in the HR field, e.g., through internships or working student positions

enjoyment in project work and in developing concepts in a global environment

proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

confidence in spoken and written German and English
