Intro Work on Real YouTube Channels – Build Your Portfolio – Learn by Doing We’re a small but growing creative company based in Frankfurt, focused on YouTube thumbnails , video content creation , and social media consulting . Right now, we work with the channel Everything is D&D and a second project that’s launching soon. We’re offering a hands-on internship that’s perfect if you want to level up your creative skills , build a strong portfolio , and gain behind-the-scenes experience with real YouTube and social media projects. Tasks What You’ll Do Animate short segments in After Effects Edit YouTube videos in Adobe Premiere Design high-performing thumbnails in Photoshop Join us on occasional shoots (camera, light, audio support) Optionally help with social media ideas and strategy Requirements What You Should Bring Some hands-on experience in After Effects , Premiere , and Photoshop is a plus A creative mindset and willingness to try things Interest in YouTube, storytelling, and digital content Benefits What’s in It for You Work on content with real-world reach Get credited for your work on active YouTube channels Build 2–4 strong portfolio pieces you can show anywhere Learn what makes content actually perform online Get mentorship on creative, strategy, and workflow Add a real project with references to your CV Flexible working hours and the chance to test ideas Closing Details Location: Frankfurt (on-site) or Remote Duration: 3 months or longer if it's part of your curriculum Compensation: Voluntary/unpaid Start: As soon as you're ready Interested?
