Charging needs to be simple and easy to use, therefore we focus on digitized and customer-oriented services.We develop white label public charging solutions for automotive OEMs and fleet operators. These services provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way.
Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW.

Join our Product Catalogue & Portfolio teams and work alongside experienced professionals in our offices in Berlin and/or Munich. The Portfolio and Product Catalogue teams are at the heart of our organization, working to define and drive our strategic roadmap, manage budgets, and enhance our digital product offerings. We cooperate with key stakeholders to develop processes that align with our corporate strategy and ensure the success and growth of our products. As an intern, you'll have a unique opportunity to contribute to both high-level strategic decision-making and hands-on product development, gaining valuable experience in portfolio management, feature enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Make an Impact by:

Contributing to quarterly planning and prioritization cycles, ensuring all topics align with the company's strategy and objectives.

Assisting in building strategic scenarios, collecting dependencies and risks, and conducting frequent iterations with teams to gather updates and effort estimates.

Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery during launches.

Supporting backlog management by documenting feature requests and aligning them with product priorities.

Defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure product success.

Conducting user acceptance and usability tests, providing key insights to improve product functionality and user experience.

Preparing business cases and management presentations to support strategic decisions.

Creating process documentation to support product launches and development.

Analyzing the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and trends.

Managing stakeholder communication by preparing regular updates and information flow to ensure everyone is aligned.

Setting up and maintaining resource planning processes to forecast and allocate resources for key projects.

Identifying and proposing improvements to existing product and portfolio management processes to increase efficiency and consistency across teams.
Your profile:
- You are a student or recent graduate in Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable course of study.
- You are available for a 12-month internship, starting as soon as possible.
- You have a passion for digital products and trends, particularly in electric mobility and sustainable transportation solutions.
- You possess strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

You are proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present data.
- You have strong communication and project management skills.
- You are a self-driven and proactive person, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Fluency in English is a must, while German is a plus.
