At PGIM, You Can!WHAT YOU WILL DOYou will be part of the asset management team working closely with the asset managers on a Pan-European portfolio. You will support the team in fulfilling the business plan expectations of the assets and maximizing asset value by initiating and implementing value-enhancement opportunities.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ·Supporting the management and improvement of individual properties based on the underwriting and business plan assumptions in close cooperation with the local property managers and other service providers ·Supporting the leasing processes including the preparation of lease approvals and compiling of lease agreements and participating in revitalization or capital expenditure projects as part of the business plan execution ·Supporting the preparation and review of the Property Strategic Plans (annual budget) with the aim of optimizing the performance of the property and portfolio economics ·Supporting the preparation of budget compilations and cash flow analyses ·Supporting the strategical management of real estate investments by preparing and reconciling property and tenant reports and presentations ·Assisting in cross-functional and international projects with the focus on independent handling and quality assurance on large data sets ·Supporting the transaction processes, both for acquiring and disposing assets (can include quality assurance of data rooms, supporting the team with internal and external approval processes) ·Close interaction and collaboration with professionals in the various departments, such as Transactions, Portfolio Management and Corporate Finance ·Support our ESG specialists to realize the goal setting on GRESB results for our Real Estate Investment Funds WHAT YOU WILL BRING ·Student from a leading business school or university ·Previous internship experience in real estate equity or investment banking ·Strong analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills ·High level of proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint ·Excellent English and German working proficiency ·Strong organizational and communication skills WHAT WILL SET YOU APART ·Highly organized with strong attention to detail ·Ability to deliver multiple projects under tight time frames while delivering work accurately ·Understanding of basic real estate and finance terms and concepts ·Strong relationship building skills combined with solid verbal and written communication skills ·High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to learn ·Self-starter with ability to work independently while communicating frequently WHY YOU WANT TO JOIN US ·Offering flexibility and individuality, our opportunities align with the unique needs of our work, clients, teams, and lives. ·We understand that every role has its distinct requirements, so our managers treat their team as individuals, finding the way that works best for them to perform at the top of their game. ·We're not just talking about family friendliness.
