Location: Remote within Germany
Duration: 3 months
Compensation: Paid internship
Internship Overview
Comprehensive introduction to practical data work within a professional environment.
Collaboration with the data team on active analytical projects.
Hands-on experience with real datasets and reporting workflows.
Exposure to the full data lifecycle from collection to interpretation.
Fully remote participation from anywhere within Germany.
Structured communication through regular check-ins, collaborative sessions, and documented processes.
Collect, organize, and clean data from a variety of internal and external sources.
Support the creation of dashboards, weekly reports, and visual summaries for different teams.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Perform data quality checks and help resolve inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
Maintain and update internal datasets, including basic documentation and version organization.
Assist with ad-hoc analytical tasks such as comparisons, calculations, and short research assignments.
Participate in team meetings, share findings, discuss challenges, and align on priorities.
Gain familiarity with new analytical tools and apply them to guided tasks.
Document work clearly so team members can understand and extend your contributions.
Requirements Candidate Profile
Currently studying or recently graduated from a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, business analytics).
Basic understanding of dataset structures, common metrics, and fundamental analytical concepts.
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic validation.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data.
Curious, motivated, and eager to expand your analytical capabilities.
Organized and reliable when working remotely and managing your workflow.
Clear communicator who is able to document work and ask the right questions.
