Responsibilities

QuickBooks Support

• Assist in maintaining and updating financial records in QuickBooks with high accuracy.
• Handle data entry tasks and collaborate with the finance team for consistent reporting.

Financial Documentation

• Organize and file financial documents, receipts, and invoices.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.

Data Analysis

• Extract and analyze financial data to spot trends and discrepancies.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.

Communication and Collaboration

• Work with team members and departments to gather financial information.
• Participate in meetings and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Mandatory familiarity with QuickBooks; experience in tech startup finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
