Your mission

At Banxware, we’re building the future of finance - and our people are at the heart of it. We’re looking for a motivated HR / People & Culture Intern to join our team and help us make our workplace even better. You’ll get hands-on experience across the full HR spectrum, from recruiting and onboarding to performance reviews and employee administration, all while learning the ropes in a fast-growing, dynamic start-up.

• Help us find and attract great talent - from posting roles and screening CVs to coordinating interviews.

• Keep our people processes running smoothly: support onboarding, offboarding, and contract administrationand make sure Personio is up to date.

• Support with performance review cycles - preparing materials, tracking deadlines, and collecting feedback.

• Dive into HR projects and ad hoc tasks, making a real impact on our People & Culture team.

Your profile

• You have recently completed your studies, ideally in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

• You’re genuinely interested in HR and administrative processes and eager to gain hands-on experience.

• Previous experience in HR or administration is a plus, as is familiarity with HR tools like Personio and Leapsome.

• You have excellent communication and organizational skills and enjoy keeping things running smoothly.

• You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.

• You’re fluent in both German and English – this is a must.
