Du unterstützt dabei das Team People & Culture, beim Unternehmensaufbau in sämtlichen Dimensionen. Der Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeiten wird im Bereich Recruiting/Talent Acquisition liegen aber auch in Nachbarbereiche wie Employer Branding oder People Operations besteht die Möglichkeit einzutauchen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst das End-to-End Recruiting für verschiedene Bereiche und sorgst für eine schnelle und persönliche Candidate Experience

Du entwickelst und setzt kreative Sourcing-Strategien um, um die besten Talente für uns zu finden

Du planst und realisierst eigene Social-Media-Kampagnen, um unsere Reichweite zu erhöhen

Du spürst aktiv Talente auf Plattformen wie LinkedIn oder in beruflichen Netzwerken auf (Active Sourcing)

Du baust unsere Arbeitgebermarke „enabl“ weiter auf und machst uns nach außen sichtbar

Du hilfst dabei, einen internen Talent Pool aufzubauen, um auch zukünftig schnell auf passende Kandidat:innen zugreifen zu können

Dein Profil

Du studierst Wirtschafts-, Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie oder einen ähnlichen Studiengang und suchst nach einem Pflichtpraktikum als Teil deines Studiums

Du brennst für aktuelle Recruiting-Trends und hast Lust, neue eigene Wege auszuprobieren

Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting mit und weißt, wie man sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch die richtige Tonalität für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen trifft

Bonuspunkte gibt es, wenn du schon mit Tools wie LinkedIn Recruiter oder Personio gearbeitet hast

Du bist ein Organisationstalent, kommunizierst klar und offen auf Deutsch & Englisch und begeisterst Menschen mit deiner kreativen und empathischen Art

Bei enabl entwickelst du mit uns Vollautomatisierung für die Intralogistik – mit Cutting-Edge-Automatisierungslösungen und Remote Steuerung für Gabelstapler. Unser Ziel: den Arbeitsplatz im Lager schon heute neu denken und die Lücke zur Vollautonomie schließen.

Your mission

You’ll be supporting the People & Culture team as we build our company in every dimension. Your main focus will be in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, but you’ll also have the opportunity to dive into adjacent areas like Employer Branding or People Operations.

You take on end-to-end recruiting for various departments and provide a fast and personalized candidate experience

You proactively search for talent on platforms like LinkedIn or in professional networks (Active Sourcing)

You help strengthen our employer brand “enabl” and ensure we’re visible externally

You help build up our internal talent pool so that we can quickly access suitable candidates in the future

Your profile

You are studying business, social sciences, psychology or a similar major

You’re passionate about the latest recruiting trends and are excited to try new paths

Ideally, you already have some experience in recruiting and know how to strike the right tone for different target groups in both German (≥C1) and English

Bonus points if you’ve worked with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Personio

You’re highly organized, communicate clearly and openly, and inspire people with your creative and empathetic manner

At enabl, you will develop full automation for intralogistics - with cutting-edge automation solutions and remote control for forklifts. Our goal: to rethink the warehouse workplace today and close the gap to full autonomy.

You will work in a growing team with direct responsibility, short distances and a test hall right next to the office in Karlsruhe. Here, we not only design, but also implement, test and develop directly.

Our vehicles are controlled by our remote operators throughout Europe from a distance of 1000 km and are in productive use at our customers.

With Material Handling as a Service, we combine technology with flexible business models - and immediately create measurable efficiency and scalability.
