Your mission

This is not a traditional internship.

As our Entrepreneur in Residence Intern, you will operate at the core of the company, working directly with the CEO, CFO and founders on high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our business.

You will not receive a predefined task list. Instead, you will be expected to think like an owner, identify bottlenecks, explore opportunities and execute with speed and precision.

We operate in a high-performance environment: fast, demanding, ambitious. The learning curve is steep. Expectations are high. Autonomy is required.

This role is not for everyone.
It is designed for individuals who want to operate in the top 1%, take early responsibility and grow at an accelerated pace.

Your profile

• Among the top academic performers in your Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Finance, Engineering or related fields), with a demonstrated track record of excellence and high achievement.
• Extremely smart, analytical and structured thinker
• Elite work ethic and strong professional culture
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Eager to grow fast and continuously raise your standards
• Naturally curious and proactive in discovering better ways of doing things
• Advanced knowledge and strong interest in AI tools and technologies
• Comfortable experimenting with new tools, automation systems and emerging technologies
• Curious to continuously study, test and implement new software and productivity tools
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Comfortable operating under pressure and tight deadlines
• Obsessed with execution, willing to get your hands dirty and do whatever it takes. Strategy without execution is meaningless here.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Previous experience in consulting, investment banking or high-growth startups is a plus — but mindset, ambition and intensity matter more than credentials.
