To strengthen our Finance & Operations team, we’re looking for a Working Student or Intern (20h/week) who wants to work closely with the leadership team, take ownership, and combine finance excellence with an operations mindset and AI understanding. Your Responsibilities Finance & Controlling Track budgets and variances (plan vs. actual)
Support accounting tasks and reconciliations
Maintain and improve financial models Fundraising & Investor Relations Support fundraising and pitch deck updates
Maintain the investor database and pipeline tracking
Prepare investor updates and reporting

AI & Operations Excellence Help draft AI policies and internal guidelines
Identify and document finance/ops AI use cases
Improve tools, processes, and documentation

Business Planning Support business plan development and key analyses
Assist with forecasting and scenario planning Your Profil

You are a Master’s student or in your 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, or similar)

Strong understanding of accounting and high affinity for numbers

Excellent Excel / MS Office skills (structured work, formulas/logic, analyses)

English level C1 or higher

You are operations-minded: reliable, structured, proactive, and enjoy bringing clarity to complex topics

You think in processes, like working with tools, and document work cleanly (ownership mindset)

Bonus: first exposure to controlling/reporting, data rooms, fundraising workflows, or AI governance
