Internship - Business Development

We are Aiways, breaking a completely new ground in the automotive industry.

We are a Chinese Company for electric cars and mobility services, established in 2017. Founded as a 100% electric brand, Aiways is an electric native with a foothold in the future. Our nonconformist company challenges the status quo of the automotive industry. We are a powerful team of like-minded people with different characters and backgrounds working for one single goal: to make e-mobility possible for everyone. Our headquarter is in the metropolis of Shanghai, China with a European head office in Munich, Germany. For our European head office in Munich, we are looking for an Internship - Business Development who will be a part of Aiways EU Business Development team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform market analysis
  • Scale up sales training in our markets
  • Contribute to our growth in Europe by identifying and acquiring distribution partners
  • Work on various cross-functional projects (Recycling of used cars and batteries, connectivity, …)

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are looking for a 6-12 month internship in Munich.
  • You are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university in a related business field such as Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, Economics, etc.
  • You have a first experience or have a real interest in Business Development
  • You have very good interpersonal skills
  • You have interest in Aiways' mission
  • You show the ability to work in a start-up organization with a positive, flexible, solution-driven attitude
  • You are a great team player, with a proven ability to influence across functional teams
  • You show effective time management and prioritization skills
  • You are proficient in English; other EU languages will be a plus
