At E-FARM, we are revolutionizing the way used agricultural machinery is traded across borders. Based in Hamburg, we’ve built the world’s first full-service transaction platform for farm equipment—helping farmers, dealers, and partners connect transparently and efficiently.

With our digital tools and international logistics expertise, we’ve already enabled thousands of successful machinery deals across more than 60 countries. Now, we’re scaling up, and we’re looking for motivated students who want to grow with us and shape the future of agricultural trade.

Your challenge

Your Mission – Operations Focus

As a Digital Operations Intern, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our transactions running smoothly and helps us scale:

• Support machinery transactions – coordinate steps from inspection to delivery

• Optimize workflows – help identify bottlenecks and test automation tools and AI solutions

• Coordinate logistics – assist with transport arrangements and communication with carriers

• Track deal progress – keep data accurate and ensure smooth handovers between teams

• Improve processes – suggest and implement small changes that make us faster and more efficient

Your profile

Your Profile

• Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally towards the end of your studies

• Available for a minimum of 6 months in Hamburg

• Studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Language Skills: Solid English skills required; any additional European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Romanian etc.) is a big plus.

• Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers

• Curious about automation, process improvement, and tech-driven logistics
