About us: Container Love is a creative agency and talent management focused on queer culture. We collaborate with visionary LGBTQIA+ voices to create bold, boundary-pushing content and brand experiences. Positioned at the intersection of culture, identity, and communication, our work spans film, print, activations, events, editorials, and campaigns. We spark conversations, challenge norms, and celebrate diversity and queer visibility across all formats. Or as we like to say: Container Love – Promoting Identities and Queer Culture since 2013.
TasksCollaborate with creators and artists to brainstorm and produce innovative concepts and content.
Develop fresh content formats in partnership with our Love Talents.
Create, edit, and adapt visuals and videos from editorials and campaigns for social media channels.
Capture and produce content at events, highlighting key moments and stories.
Pitch new ideas and share cultural insights during team brainstorming sessions.
Boost the visibility of our printed magazine across digital platforms.
Follow the latest social media, fashion, music, and visual trends.
RequirementsYou're studying Media, Communication, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
You have a portfolio or examples showcasing creative social content, campaigns, or projects.
You're skilled in content creation and design software (e.g., Adobe Suite).
You live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, always exploring new trends and formats.
You love creating content that's engaging, authentic, and visually striking.
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
You respect and understand queer culture and identities and are committed to creating inclusive, impactful content.
You're curious, approachable, and confident when interacting with creators, talents, and collaborators.
