For our boutique in Berlin, KaDeWe we are looking for a Retail Intern with passion and drive. You are available for at least 6 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week). As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Supporting our boutique team in all areas of retail of a high-class luxury brand
Being an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and helping the boutique team with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment
Assisting the boutique team in the operational aspects of the department
Offering best in class service - like wrapping gifts, packing, and unpacking boxes and organizing the stock
Ensuring an excellent customer experience to our clients during their boutique stay
Tending to special needs and wishes of our clients

Profile

Desiring to develop a career in luxury retail and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison Christian Dior
Client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude as well as a positive mindset
High level of communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and luxury environment
Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
