What we’re looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated student or recent graduate to support our Government Programs team at the intersection of technology, innovation, and the public sector. In this role, you will contribute to the analysis and execution of strategic programs, tenders, and studies across national and European levels, while gaining hands-on exposure to defence, policy, and innovation ecosystems. You will work with complex information, help structure proposals and insights, and support day-to-day program operations in a fast-moving startup environment. This position is designed for candidates who are eager to learn quickly, take ownership, and grow into a long-term role within our team.

The day-to-day

• Profile — Highly motivated student or recent graduate with a strong interest in government programs, defence ecosystems and technology-driven innovation
• Analytical Capability — Ability to break down complex information, structure it, and deliver clear, actionable outputs
• Operational Support — Support analysis and execution of public programs, studies and tenders (national and EU level)
• Documentation & Intelligence — Prepare proposals, briefings, presentations and structured research summaries
• Research & Insight — Analyze technical, regulatory and policy environments with precision and clarity
• Program Execution — Assist in coordination, tracking, documentation and continuous improvement of internal knowledge bases

• Education — Background in economics, political science, security studies, business, engineering, law or related field
• Structured Thinking — Strong analytical mindset combined with disciplined and organized execution
• Communication — Clear and professional communication in German and English
• Tool Proficiency — Confident use of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and AI-supported tools
• Mindset — High ownership, fast learner, ready to take responsibility in a dynamic environment
• Language skills: English is required; German is a plus 

Nice to haves

• Experience — Prior internships, working student roles or research experience
• Domain Interest — Passion for defence, aerospace, technology or innovation ecosystems
• System Knowledge — Familiarity with public sector programs, EU funding or research frameworks
