Your mission

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO in a fast-growing, PE-backed e-commerce scale-up. You will gain hands-on exposure across the full value chain — from strategy and finance to marketing and operations — on a project basis. No two weeks will look the same.

You will support high-impact initiatives including operational efficiency projects, investor reporting and cross-functional commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how a modern consumer brand is built and scaled internationally, with real ownership from day one.

What You'll Work On

• Strategic and operational projects across finance, marketing, and operations
• Reporting and performance analytics
• Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives with an AI first mindset
• Ad hoc CEO support on topics spanning the full business

Your profile

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field at a leading business school or university
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and financial metrics
• High flexibility and willingness to dive into any area of the business — from P&L deep-dives to campaign performance to supply chain questions
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• AI-first mindset — you actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter, and you're excited about pushing the boundaries of what's possible with them
• Fluent in English
• Genuine interest in e-commerce, consumer brands, or the health & wellness space
