As an Engineering Intern, you will support engineering teams with day‑to‑day activities while gaining practical experience in a professional engineering environment. This role is designed to expose early‑career talent to real engineering challenges, encourage skill development, and build a strong pipeline of future engineers.

This position is ideal for students eager to learn, apply classroom knowledge in real‑world settings, and explore engineering career paths while contributing to impactful projects.

So, what will you be doing as an Engineering Intern?

  • Engineering Support – Assist engineers with design, analysis, documentation, testing, or process improvement activities.
  • Project Assistance – Support ongoing engineering projects and initiatives aligned with operational and strategic goals.
  • Data Collection & Analysis – Help gather, analyze, and organize engineering or operational data to support decision‑making.
  • Documentation & Standards – Assist in maintaining drawings, specifications, work instructions, or technical documentation.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other teams to support shared objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement – Participate in improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, safety, or innovation.
  • Learning & Professional Development – Gain exposure to engineering best practices while learning from experienced professionals.
  • Employer Branding Support – Serve as an ambassador for the internship program by providing feedback and participating in engagement or outreach activities as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • Strong interest in engineering and applied problem‑solving.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute in a hands‑on environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Things we consider a plus:

  • Internship, project, lab, or co‑op experience in an engineering or technical setting.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools, data analysis, or basic engineering software.
  • Interest in long‑term career development within engineering or technical leadership.
  • Participation in engineering clubs, competitions, or technical organizations.
