We’re a stealth, Tier-1 VC-backed mobility start-up that’s rewriting how vehicle inspection centers are built and operated. With a proven expansion blueprint and a clear M&A strategy, we’ll triple revenue next year. Our founders - serial entrepreneurs who’ve raised >USD 80m from top-tier US investors and just closed another strong seed round - are pushing hard into new geographies.

TasksAt the end of your internship, you'll have built >3 new locations (car inspection centres) - from sourcing prime real estate to launching fully operational inspection hubs and onboarding first customers:
- Proactively scout and evaluate new locations across Bavaria, Hessen, NRW, and BaWü; negotiate competitive lease contracts with realtors. Focus on Frankfurt and Cologne.
- Manage the conversion of leased properties into state‑of‑the‑art tech-enabled inspection hubs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure on‑time openings.
- Provide agile support on ad‑hoc projects, addressing operational challenges at both existing and new sites.
- Embrace a mobile role, spending the majority of your internship on‑site & on-the-road and serving as a key driver of our expansion strategy.
- Enhance our operations by identifying site‑specific issues and collaborating with our headquarters team to implement tech‑driven solutions.
- A true generalist who connects the dots across functions.
- An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's (min. 4th semester) or master’s programme from a top-tier university.
- Fully fluent in German (C2) and a valid driver's license (B) is a must.
- Getting your hands dirty in an ops-heavy role is music to your ears.
- Experienced in fast‑paced environments is a plus (e.g., hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Available for 3-9 months in Berlin/Nuremberg from Q1/Q2 '26.
- End‑to‑End Ownership: Make a real impact from day one and roll-out new locations across Germany in collaboration with our Expansion Manager Lukas. You'll have direct touch points with our founders.
- Top‑Notch Product: Our product delivers – with NPS scores >90 (B2B and B2C) and Google ratings consistently between 4.8 and 5.0 stars.
- Accelerated Career Growth: Gain first‑hand exposure to scaling a high-growth, ops-heavy start-up – a solid launchpad for future operational leadership or founding roles.
- Prime Location: Work from our central Berlin Mitte office, our Nuremberg office located in the city's leading start-up incubator. However, on most days you'll be on-site at the new locations you'll be building.
- High-Intensity Start-up Experience: Our non‑remote culture runs from 8:30am – No work after 8pm. Weekends are sacred. Bias for action, we are getting things done today.
- Compensation: EUR 2.6k/month. No matter your internship’s duration.
About the hiring process:
- Intro Chat: A 30‑minute call with either Sebastian to discuss our stealth venture, your background, and mutual expectations.
- Expansion Manager Interview: A 30-minute call with Lukas, our Expansion Manager, to assess your role-fit and clarify on-the-job responsibilities.
- Founder Interview: A 15-minute culture‑fit discussion with one of our founders.
