Your responsibilities will span:

• Bolstering all facets of Adam's business operations
• Facilitating our rapid scaling – adapting and streamlining processes for a perpetually expanding influx of orders
• Crafting and executing expansion strategies Onboarding and orchestrating the logistical arrangement for new painters
• Ensuring top-notch quality – our customers' satisfaction remains paramount

We're seeking:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English (additional language is a plus)
• Outstanding communication prowess
• A data-driven and analytical mindset
• A natural problem solver who doesn't back down, even in the face of 20 challenges a day
• Willingness to relocate to Prague
