Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH (“Pacifico”) is a renewable energy company for wind and solar energy as well as battery and hydrogen technologies. We develop greenfield projects, repower existing plants, provide state-of-the-art asset management services and facilitate the acquisition of operational and turn-key plants.

Buy-side I You support the team in screening, analysing and identifying potential investment opportunities in the European market.

Sell-side I You support the team in preparing investment documentation for internal approvals and transaction processes, managing relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Transactions Process I You collaborate with senior team members in order to manage Due Diligence processes related to solar, wind, battery storage systems, and green hydrogen assets across Europe, covering the full spectrum of technical, commercial and legal topics.

Financial Analysis I You conduct financial and market analysis as well as assets valuation in different jurisdictions, preparing investment presentations and supporting documentation.

Stakeholders Management I You help senior team members in managing relationships to consolidate and enlarge Pacifico’s network.

(Completed) Degree I You are a student working towards completion or have already completed your Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics or Mathematics.

Experience I Ideally you were already able to gain some exposure to transactions processes in a similar role and with a focus on renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.

Affinity for Numbers I You are strong with numbers and financial modelling, can think analytically and work with strong attention to detail.

Agile working mentality I You enjoy working in fast-paced environments and can keep a cool head in demanding transactions phases.

Communication Skills I You are a strong communicator and can deliver complex information in a simple manner. Moreover, you have excellent English and German skills. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
