This is an excellent opportunity for someone with tax assistant experience who is looking to further develop their skills and contribute to the refinement and improvement of our accounting system.

As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting various tax and accounting tasks which include:

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Managing communication with business partners concerning open invoices
• Updating and analyzing reports and analysis tools
• Supporting the finance team in administrative and ad hoc projects
• Completing administrative tasks, drafting documents and data entry
• Supporting company initiatives and projects in cross-functional team environments
• Support risk management strategies and processes
• Support KYC & Risk Management team
• Ensure timely payments of Corporate Income Tax (CIT) on account
• Review and respond to tax returns and queries
• Support other tax-related work, such as transfer pricing, tax management and tax investigations

# Who you are:

As an intern/working student, you will have the chance to optimize and further develop our existing processes and systems, and will be an essential part of our team. To ensure your success, we are seeking candidates who bring the following skills and attributes to the team:

✅ EDUCATION:

• BWL (Betriebswirtschaftslehre), or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling, auditing/taxes, or other relevant subjects.

✅ SKILLS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
• Familiar with IFRS, German HGB, Transfer Pricing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Strong Excel skills)
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast-moving work environment.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and methodical.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English (B1/B2 level).
• Previous experience in a german & international tax and finance role is preferred
