Mandatory People & Culture Intern
Your missionAs a People & Culture Intern at Finoa, you will work closely with the Head of People & Culture to support a wide range of initiatives across People Operations, Office Management, and Culture. This internship offers hands-on experience in fostering a positive employee experience, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to projects that drive engagement, well-being, and organizational effectiveness. You will gain valuable insights into HR processes, culture-building activities, and workplace management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment—an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about people, culture, and operations.

- People Operations: Support the People Operations team across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Performance Management: Assist in benchmarking best practices from industry peers and competitors to help design and implement an improved performance management process.
- Employee Surveys: Contribute to the design, improvement, and monitoring of key employee surveys, including onboarding, exit, and pulse surveys, to gather actionable insights.
- Reporting & Analytics: Help build ad hoc reports and dashboards that provide valuable data to support decision-making within the People team.
- Office Management: Support day-to-day office management activities, helping to create and maintain a welcoming, efficient, and engaging workplace environment for all employees.
- AI & Process Automation: Assist in identifying opportunities to introduce AI tools and automation within People Operations and Office Management to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in innovation, technology, and emerging trends in business and finance.
- You have a willingness to explore new topics, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring solid communication skills and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams across functions.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and excited to develop your project management abilities through hands-on experience.
- You speak English fluently, German is a plus.
