• Support IT procurement processes including invoice handling, verification, archiving, and coordination with finance.
• Maintain supplier information and assist with organizing procurement contracts and documentation.
• Assist in IT audit and compliance projects by preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting follow-up actions.
• Help document and maintain audit-related processes, controls, and compliance evidence.
• Support the review of cybersecurity-related contracts and contribute to completing security questionnaires.
• Provide administrative support to the IT team across procurement and audit activities.

Your profile All right, all right… intriguing, wasn’t it? Now, for you to feel at home in this role and thrive throughout your internship, your profile might look something like this:

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a university degree, ideally in IT Law, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
• You bring solid skills in Excel and feel confident working with standard office software.
• You work with precision, take responsibility, and enjoy organizing tasks and processes.
• You communicate well and enjoy coordinating with different departments.
• You have strong English skills at C1 level and German at B2 level.
• Any experience or knowledge in IT law, procurement, IT projects, or information security is a plus.
