Your Mission

As our Operations Intern (all genders welcome), you support our most critical operational execution efforts. You gain an inside perspective on an early-stage startup and build up deep functional expertise. In this position, you will take on responsibility quickly and work directly with our Engineering Lead. Our Operations internships are a unique opportunity to learn, experience and join a first-class team. With us, no two days are the same. 

• Support the execution of our operational process from order receipt to order fulfillment and delivery to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction 
• Contribute to the quality management of our distributed supply chain, e.g. by supporting the set up of our quality management framework
• Take care of the coordination and operational management of suppliers and logistics service providers 
• Own 1-2 organization-wide operational and strategic projects independently, particularly in the areas of operations, logistics, supply chain optimization and commercial flows
• Supervise the processing of production orders, documentation in internal CRM systems
• Support the leadership team with any ad-hoc projects and analyses

Your DNA

• You are studying mechanical engineering or manufacturing/industrial engineering or another related degree 
• You have ideally already completed an internship in operations, industrial engineering or additive manufacturing and have a first applied understanding of manufacturing
• You have exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality 
• You are highly ambitious and enjoy working independently and having responsibility 
• You love manufacturing and have a natural interest in on-demand manufacturing technologies
• You are fluent in English, German is a big plus
