Your mission

Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We're searching for a dedicated Logistics Intern to join our team for a 40-hour work week, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of our distribution logistics operations. If you're eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to essential daily processes, this is the opportunity for you.

• Assist the in-/outbound/stock transfer/return process between internal stakeholders and 3PL.
• Manage PGR, PGI and POD processes in S4 HANA to ensure accurate goods movement.
• Support LFR report, Dangerous good report, abnormal shipment report and related documentation.
• Perform stock comparisons to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct thorough checking and submission of invoices for suppliers, Perform auditing of POD documentation.
• Assist with the updating of logistics dashboards.
• Assist serial number (SN) and other logistics requests.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
• Demonstrated interest in logistics, supply chain, warehousing and operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, S4 HANA experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1), other languages e.g. German, Chinese, Dutch is a plus
