Adam is a rocket-fast, growing Czech startup, on a mission to provide homeowners with affordable and hassle-free construction-related services. We started with interior painting and in the last two years have already expanded to more than 10 countries. Fueled with fresh investment, we plan to reach new countries and add other professions, in order to build the next European unicorn.

We are looking for an analytical and solution-driven superstar to join our Prague-based team. You will have the opportunity to manage a business from A to Z by gaining experience in different departments. From marketing to recruitment, legal, or business operations and development, you will be responsible for our daily operations and expansion across our most important European markets. If you aspire to run your own business one day or lead a company, Adam is the place to be.

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking and open-minded individual, who is excited about learning the ins and outs of running a business.

Your work will include:

• Supporting all of Adam’s business operations
• Helping us scale - we need to adapt and quickly process a continuously growing number of orders
• Developing & executing expansion strategies
• Onboarding new painters & figuring out their logistical organization
• Ensuring good quality - we always want our customers to be happy

We are looking for:

• Candidates with up to 2 years of experience from graduation (including fresh graduates) are welcome to apply
• Excellent written and spoken German & English (extra languages are a plus)
• Great communication skills
• Data-driven and analytical mindset
• A problem-solver, who doesn’t stop after 20 obstacles a day
• Willing to relocate to Prague
