People & Culture Intern (f/m/x)
As a People & Culture Intern at 4screen, you will support our team throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting to optimizing HR processes. You’ll help shape onboarding and offboarding experiences, organize team events, and strengthen our company culture. In addition, you’ll take care of our office environment, ensuring it remains a welcoming space for collaboration and wellbeing. You’ll also contribute to various projects, gaining valuable insights into a dynamic and innovative workplace.
Aufgaben- Supporting and shaping HR administration: You help optimize internal team and company-wide HR processes, contribute your ideas, and take on administrative tasks, such as onboarding or offboarding.
- Driving the growth of our team: You reach out to new talent across various channels, guide candidates through the application process, and support our employer branding efforts.
- Promoting our company culture: You embody our culture, represent it externally, and help organize regular team events that strengthen cohesion and team spirit.
- Managing our office: You ensure our culture is reflected in the office and that the team feels comfortable. With your ideas, you help make the office a central hub for collaboration.
- Expanding your horizons: You contribute to exciting People & Culture projects, such as Learning & Development or international initiatives, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
- Completed or ongoing Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources / Organizational Studies
- Availability for a 6-month internship
- Excellent German and English skills (at least B2+)
- Previous internship or working student experience in HR or Recruiting (ideally in consulting, start-up, tech, or automotive industry) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Hands-On and Can-Do mindset
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail
- A true team player with curiosity and eagerness to learn
